Live personalisation counter was set up to provide on site personalisation for customers on their leather perfume bottle sleeve, to give an additional personal touch to their everyday scent.
Customers could choose their name or initials on the spot to have it colourless debossed onto their leather perfume bottle sleeve. This give customers a additional form of interaction and entertainment while shopping for their favorite scent.
Our live persoanlisation counter was set up inside Changi Airport departure hall whereby most of the customers were tourist and this gave them a last opportunity to purchase a gift or souvenir before leaving. This gives them a chance to have a memorable experience, and also take back a physical memento back with them.
