International delivery is complimentary on all orders above $150. For orders under $150, a flat fee is applied on your order depending on your area of stay. Please note that any duties or taxes from your order will be borne by the customer/receiver.

Exchanges & Returns
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you have a change of mind, we’re happy to help to exchange or return your piece. Email us directly at and we’ll guide you through the process.
We accept returns of unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days from date of purchase, provided that it has not been personalised. Personalised and sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
All delivery fees, duties and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer. Please refer to our return policy for more information here.
Our Commitment to Quality

Each Rever product is carefully handcrafted and thoroughly checked in-house to maintain intricacy in detail. If a manufacturing defect is discovered in your piece, we will work towards restoring the workmanship error or replacing a new piece for you. A full refund will be made if we are unable to replace your piece.

Rever pieces are constructed with full grain, supple leathers that are minimally treated to maintain it's natural finish. As such, natural occurrences of grain and shade variances in each hide are traits of quality leathers and not treated as defects.
